H.Y.P.E. - Helping Young Parents Excel
Helping Young Parents Excel (HYPE) is designed to provide one on one support to single mothers and fathers who are in jeopardy of having their child/ren removed from the home. HYPE family support workers assists teenage parents to: bond with their children, create a nurturing environment to help the infant achieve his or her developmental milestones in a timely manner and access resources in the community to acquire effective parenting techniques.

All Services Provided:

• Weekly Home Visits (up to 8 hrs)
• Case Management
• Assistance with Housing Search
• Transportation to all appointments
F.I.T. - Families In Trouble
Helping families to develop a skill set that will assist them in providing adequate care for their children, thus, preventing foster care placement. Working with clients to identify strengths and correct areas of opportunity in an effort to stabilize the family unit. This service will assist with monitoring the safety and well being of children in the home.
